PVC pipe and fitting is extruded by hot pressing method after combining PVC resin with stabilizer and lubricant, and is the earliest plastic pipe to be developed and applied. PVC-U pipes have strong corrosion resistance, easy bonding, low price and hard texture, but due to the seepage of PVC-U monomer and additives, they are only suitable for water supply systems with a conveying temperature of no more than 45°C. Plastic pipes are used in applications for drainage, wastewater, chemicals, heating fluids and coolants, food, ultra-pure liquids, slurries, gases, compressed air, and vacuum systems.
