Offset Printing Ink

Offset printing ink is a stable colloidal dispersion system, and its main component, that is, the main agent of offset ink, is composed of pigment as disperse phase and binder material as continuous phase. The pigment in the main agent is given color to the offset ink; The binder in the main agent is used for offset printing inks to have the necessary transfer properties. Pigment particles are particles gathered by tens of millions of molecules, in the irregular form of balls, rods, sheets, etc., but they are very small on the macroscopic level, and the size of general pigment particles is in the range of tens to hundreds of nm. The binder is a viscous liquid substance prepared by various resins, dry vegetable oils and solvents, which is a sol and has the function of spreading and carrying dispersed phase particles. The colloidal dispersion system obtained by dispersing such dispersed phase particles in such a bonded material sol has good stability, relying on some special properties of the two-phase interface.
